Meet The Jasper Malone Show Illustrator, Noel Foley

Noel Foley Illustrator of The Jasper Malone Show podcast characters

I initially met Noel, a local artist through the Pomona Railway Art Gallery. I liked his quirky style. I contacted him a few months later and explained the podcast idea, it being, ‘The Jasper Malone Show.’ With Jasper, a kangaroo, behind the desk, in his studio, interviewing the characters from my book. I asked Noel if he would draw the kangaroo. He sent me the first image, which was absolutely perfect. I think you will agree that Jasper is one very cool kangaroo. Noel then came up with the idea of a four piece band in the background, which the podcast co-producer, Ron named, ‘The Sonic Boomers.’ Noel just got the whole concept from the get go, and I am stoked with the outcome, and I loved his suggestion of the band.
